Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when refunds may be requested for courses purchased directly from TMPI MERAKI LTD through https://campus.tmpiacademy.com/.
This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Five-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident when purchasing a course from us. Unless different conditions are clearly displayed before purchase, we offer a voluntary five-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible course purchases.
You may request a full refund of the amount paid for a course within five calendar days beginning on the date of purchase. You do not need to provide a reason, provided that the eligibility conditions in Section 3 are satisfied.
This guarantee applies only to courses purchased directly through our campus. Separate conditions may apply to live training, subscriptions, bundles, private programs, institutional purchases, or courses purchased through another platform. Any different conditions will be displayed before purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email team@tmpiacademy.com within the applicable refund period.
Use “Refund Request” as the subject line and include:
- your full name;
- the email address associated with your campus account;
- the name of the course;
- the date of purchase; and
- the payment or order reference, if available.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to identify the transaction or prevent fraud.
After approving a refund under our voluntary guarantee, we will initiate it within 14 calendar days. The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
A refund covers the amount actually paid for the eligible course, including applicable taxes. We are not responsible for currency-conversion charges or other fees imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.
Your access to the refunded course and its associated materials will be removed when the refund is processed.
3. Eligibility and Prevention of Abuse
The five-day satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow learners to assess whether a course is suitable for them. It is not intended to provide temporary access to a substantial part of a course without payment.
A purchase will normally be eligible for the guarantee where:
- the request is submitted within five calendar days of purchase;
- no more than 25% of the course has been completed, according to our platform records;
- no course certificate has been issued;
- the learner has not previously received a refund for the same course; and
- there is no reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized account sharing, copying, redistribution, or repeated misuse of our refund policy.
Viewing a reasonable amount of course content to evaluate the course will not, by itself, be treated as abuse.
We may refuse a refund under the voluntary guarantee where objective evidence shows that these conditions have not been met. If we refuse a request, we will explain the principal reason for the decision.
These restrictions apply only to our voluntary guarantee. They do not limit refunds, repairs, replacement access, price reductions, or other remedies that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
4. EU and UK Statutory Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you will generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without providing a reason.
Different rules apply when digital content or digital services are supplied immediately.
4.1 Immediate access to digital content
If you request immediate access to digital course content during the 14-day withdrawal period, we may ask you to:
- give your prior, express consent for supply of the digital content to begin immediately; and
- acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right of withdrawal once supply of the digital content begins.
This consent and acknowledgment must be given through a separate affirmative action, such as an unticked checkbox. Merely accepting our general Terms and Conditions is not sufficient.
We will confirm your consent and acknowledgment in the order confirmation or another durable format that you can retain.
Where these requirements have been validly completed and access to the digital content has begun, your statutory withdrawal right may end. You may nevertheless remain eligible for our voluntary five-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to Section 3.
If we have not obtained the legally required consent and acknowledgment, your statutory withdrawal rights will not be treated as waived.
4.2 Services started during the withdrawal period
Where a purchase includes a service rather than, or in addition to, digital content, you may ask us to begin providing that service during the 14-day withdrawal period.
If you subsequently withdraw before the service has been fully performed, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law and where the required information and consent were provided.
Your withdrawal right may be lost after the service has been fully performed only where the conditions required by applicable law have been satisfied.
5. Exercising a Statutory Right of Withdrawal
To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
You may email your statement to team@tmpiacademy.com. You may use the model form in Section 9, but you are not required to do so.
Where a valid statutory withdrawal right applies, we will reimburse the relevant payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
The reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed.
6. Faulty, Misdescribed, or Unavailable Digital Content
The five-day satisfaction guarantee does not replace your statutory rights relating to digital content or services that are faulty, unavailable, materially different from their description, or otherwise not supplied in conformity with the contract.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to:
- restoration of access;
- correction or replacement of the digital content;
- a proportionate price reduction;
- termination of the contract; or
- a full or partial refund.
Please contact team@tmpiacademy.com and describe the problem. Where appropriate, include screenshots or other information that may help us investigate it.
7. Duplicate and Incorrect Purchases
If you believe that you were charged more than once, purchased the wrong course by mistake, or experienced a payment error, contact us as soon as possible at team@tmpiacademy.com.
We will review the transaction and correct any verified duplicate or erroneous charge. These cases are not subject to the course-progress limitation in Section 3.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
This does not prevent you from contacting your bank or payment provider or exercising any rights available to you under applicable law.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of the relevant account, but we will not suspend an account merely because a consumer has exercised a legitimate legal right.
9. Model Withdrawal Form
Complete and send this form only if you wish to exercise an applicable statutory right of withdrawal. You may also send any other clear statement communicating your decision.
